Due to the dynamic development of our company, we are looking for candidates for the positions of:

Representative of the German company DIMAX Group GmbH, importer and exclusive representative in Poland of TM Könner & Söhnen (Germany) - generators, gardening and power equipment, and TM Auto Welle (Germany) - car accessories. Our company is developing dynamically and growing, therefore now, in connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Project Manager in the field of sales, installation and service of diesel generators:

Responsibilities:

• organization of systematic work in the field of sales, first start-up and maintenance of diesel generators (15-100 kW);
• contact with customers and sales departments;
• managing a team of installers and organizing the work of engineers (planning, resource allocation, cost optimization);
• calculation of installation works and presentation of a commercial offer;
• increasing the efficiency of existing processes;
• motivation of employees and improvement of working conditions
• risk management
• recruitment of employees

Requirements:

• experience in the sale of equipment/electrical equipment/generators - mandatory experience with diesel generators - mandatory experience in a related field will be a significant advantage
• proficiency in computer operation and office programs
• experience in a similar position is welcome
• technical education and/or knowledge of company products
• managerial and organizational skills
• responsibility
• stress resistance
